Municipal District of St. Stephen: Winter Parking Alert
The Municipal District of St. Stephen enforces winter parking restrictions in St. Stephen beginning Nov 15th, 2023 from 12:00 A.M. to 7:00 A.M.
Section 11 of the Traffic By-law states:
FOR SNOW REMOVAL PURPOSES, DURING THE PERIOD FROM THE 15TH. OF NOVEMBER IN ANY YEAR TO THE 31ST. OF MARCH IN THE FOLLOWING YEAR, NO PERSON SHALL PARK ANY VEHICLE UNATTENDED ON ANY STREET WITHIN THE TOWN BETWEEN THE HOURS OF MIDNIGHT AND 7:00 AM
Vehicles parked on roadways between the hours of 12:00 A.M. and 7:00 A.M. can be ticketed and towed.
This alert will remain in effect until the snow is cleared, but is expected to end on March 31st, 2024.
Do not leave vehicles parked or standing on roadways.
