Amendment M-2-04 to the Municipal Plan M-2 for PIDs 01305424 & 01305168 (8 & 14 Union Street)

 

The Council of the Municipal District of St. Stephen, in compliance with Section 25(1) of the Community Planning Act of the Province of New Brunswick, intends to hold a Public Presentation on the proposed amendment M-2-04 to the Municipal Plan M-2 for PIDs 01305424 & 01305168 on Union Steet on Wednesday March 29, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. at the Garcelon Civic Center. The amendment would allow for PIDs  01305424 & 01305168 to be rezoned from an industrial designation to a commercial designation on the Generalized Future Land Use Map in the Municipal Plan M-2. The applicant wishes to open up an antique store at this location.

Draft copies of amendment M-2-04 can be found below or can be provided as a hard copy at the Garcelon Civic Center at 22 Budd Avenue, St. Stephen NB.
