Members of the Charlotte County community are invited to take part in a workshop on the future of aging at home and in the community.
This workshop is an opportunity to share ideas, experiences, and perspectives to inform how health, home, community, and social care services work together in Charlotte County to better support older adults in aging well at home and in their community.
Who is invited:
- Older adults
- Family members and caregivers
- Health care and social service providers
- Community organizations and volunteers
- Local government and community leaders
No special preparation or expertise is required — just a willingness to share your perspective.
What to expect:
- Drop in anytime during the session
- Plan to spend approximately 60–90 minutes
- Participate in conversations and simple activities
- Share what’s working, what’s challenging, and what could be different
