Depending on the payment you’re making, you may also pay in person at Town Hall (during business hours), and via most Canadian banks—online, by telephone, or in person.

Pay Online:

You can make payments online for many Municipal District of St. Stephen fees or services.

Changes effective April 1, 2024:

Service New Brunswick will not be accepting payments for St. Stephen Water & Sewer Accounts after April 1, 2024.

For your convenience, the Municipal District of St. Stephen provides you with a number of options to pay your water and sewer bill.

Banking:

You can make online payments at most Canadian Banking Institutions by setting up as a Payee (Under Bill Payments) St. Stephen (Town) Utility and entering the last seven digits of your utility number before the decimal. Your utility number can be found in the top right-hand corner of your utility invoice.

You may also be able to make in person payments at your local branch.  Please contact your bank for more information.
