Army cadets is a national Canadian youth program sponsored by the Canadian Armed Forces and the civilian Army Cadet League of Canada. Under the authority of the National Defence Act, the program is administered by the Canadian Armed Forces and funded through the Department of National Defence.

A FREE program for families in New Brunswick that makes learning and growing fun! Bee Me Kidz is a unique social and emotional learning program developed for the family unit and helps entire communities.

Torch Club helps kids develop leadership skills and self-esteem in a respectful, diversified environment. This program also offers the opportunity to give back to others and gain a sense of responsibility that comes when young people make their own decisions.
Torch Club will meet on Saturdays at the Youth Centre from 1:00 PM-5:00 PM.

This Jeep Group is situated in Southwest New Brunswick, we focus on stock doable Jeep runs, some organized and some at the spur of the moment. We are out to have fun on the trails, meet new people and enjoy our Jeeps and Jeep friends.

Charlotte County Seniors Resource Centre is located inside Saint Andrews Wellness Centre, 24 Reed Ave, St Andrews, New Brunswick, E5B 1A1.

Charlotte County Seniors Resource Centre are helping seniors 60 and over in the Charlote County and the Fundy Isles. Our role is to guide seniors to access services that are available to help our clients remain in their own home. There is no fee for any of the services we provide.

What We Do for Seniors:

• Help with applications for Social Development programs including Health Services and Long-Term Care

• Source Adaptive Equipment Loan Programs

• Provide information on health services such as Canadian Dental Care Plan, Medical Supplies / Services Program and Hearing Aid Program

• Provide forms for applications such as Low-Income Seniors Benefit and New Brunswick Prescription Drug Plan

• Provide information on aging well and staying active

• Weekly calls are made to seniors who live alone

•Connecting Seniors to our volunteer “Buddies”. Creating and maintaining a connection to the community.

•Help with Senior Isolation Inform seniors of social gathering and groups.

We Can Help Plan for the Future: Seniors in their early 60’s may not need any of our services right now, but we can help you plan. to age in place. Health changes happen quickly we can help you to prepare. We can show you, all the programs and services that are available now and in the future.

ECW is a not-for-profit, environmental resource and research center which aims to collaborate with like-minded organizations to promote community well-being through sound environmental health. The mission here is to encourage community awareness of the local environment, promote sustainable management of natural resources, and to assist with maintaining a viable local economy. This is accomplished by facilitating projects that integrate common social, economic, and environmental concerns. We work in the freshwater, coastal, and marine environments of Southwestern New Brunswick. This area is bordered by the Lepreau watershed in the east, and the Digdeguash in the west, encompassing the northern tributaries of the Magaguadavic to the Bay of Fundy. The scope of our activities encompass the following topics: Environmental health & environmental monitoring Environmental research Sustainable development & community capacity building Climate change adaptation & mitigation planning GIS mapping & analysis A participatory approach towards environmental management issues Water testing laboratory Controlled environment agriculture & vertical farming Rural transportation services Education & awareness
