Planned ClosureThe Garcelon Civic Center will be closed to the public June 16th beginning at 4pm for Grand March. Doors will open at 6pm for the event. The gym and pool will remain closed for the night.
Grad entrance will be the vestibule doors to the right side of the sliding doors.
Seasonal Closure - Ice Surface

Budd Ave and King Street Closures - August 20th
Planned ClosureThe Municipal District of St. Stephen wishes to advise residents and visitors of the following road closures to accommodate Canadian Basketball Hall of Fame Induction Day celebrations:
King Street
This closure is required for the Basketball Block Party and related daytime festivities.
- From Union Street to Milltown Boulevard
- 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Budd Avenue
This closure is required for the Waterfront After Party and evening entertainment.
- From Princess Drive to King Street - 5:00 p.m. - Midnight
Motorists are asked to plan alternate routes, expect delays, and use caution in the area. Please obey all posted signage and directions from event staff and traffic control personnel.

Street Closures - August 8th
Planned ClosurePlease be advised that several roads in downtown St. Stephen will be temporarily closed on Saturday, August 8 to accommodate the MDSS Street Fair and International Homecoming Festival Parade.
Road Closures:
King Street (Briggs Plumbing to 5 Kings Restaurant) - 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for the Street Fair
Budd Avenue (in front of the Garcelon Civic Center) - 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for Parade Lineup. Parade participants should enter from Princess Street.
Budd Avenue (in front of the Garcelon Civic Center) - 6:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. for Fireworks.
Milltown Boulevard (5 Kings Restaurant to Ferry Point Bridge) Beginning at 12:00 p.m. for the Parade Route
Please plan ahead, follow all posted signage, and obey directions from event staff and volunteers. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we celebrate another exciting International Homecoming Festival with our community.
