It's a Candy Cane Christmas Parade!

The Municipal District of St. Stephen is pleased to announce the 2023 Christmas Parade theme is:

Candy Cane Christmas”

Our Annual Christmas Parade will be held on Friday, December 1st, 2023, at 6pmThe parade starting location will be the same as in previous years, at the Ganong Factory (Chocolate Drive) or Charlotte County Mall Parking Lot; you will receive an email the day before notifying you of your starting point.  The Gentle Zone (no sirens, low volume) will run from the starting point to Border Arena.  Please take note of the regulations which govern a parade entry that appear on the form. Violation of these regulations jeopardizes the safety of the parade observers as well as their enjoyment of the parade. We do regret the restrictions, but a safe parade demands the regulations be followed. Please note that parade participants are expressly FORBIDDEN FROM THROWING candy or any other items from any vehicle or float, but walkers are welcome to move along with your entry to hand items out. 

Awards will be given for:

Best Overall Float (2022 Winner – Day Insurance)

Most Creative Use of Theme (2022 Winner – Western Charlotte County ATV Club #58)

Best Display of Hometown Spirit (2022 Winner – Madsen Farms)

So, gather your friends, family or co-workers and let’s see your creativity Municipal District of St. Stephen!
