The public is hereby advised that the Municipal District of St. Stephen will be conducting planned work on the potable water system tomorrow, February 26th. This work is necessary in response to the recent pump failure that resulted in the Boil Water Order from February 8th to 21st.
While this work is being conducted in a manner to avoid the need for an additional Boil Water Advisory, given the nature of the work avoiding such a result cannot be guaranteed. Residents are hereby advised to take such actions as they deem necessary to prepare for a Boil Water Order, should such be deemed necessary from the Department of Health.
