What is the pre-budget survey?
The pre-budget survey is an opportunity for residents and business owners in the Municipal District of St. Stephen (MDSS) to share feedback and input when it comes to how tax dollars are spent in the year ahead. The survey begins with a breakdown of how your tax dollars are spent and allocated, followed by questions related to how you would like to see the Municipal portion of your tax dollars spent.
