The Municipal District of St. Stephen is pleased to share the results of its 2026 Pre-Budget Community Survey, which received a total of 199 responses from residents.
The Municipality greatly appreciates the time and thought community members put into completing the survey. These unedited responses have been compiled and are now available for the public to review.
In the near future, the Municipality will also release a combined report that brings together the results of this online and paper survey with feedback gathered during the recent in-person Pre-Budget Community Session. This upcoming document will provide a more complete picture of community perspectives and priorities as we move toward the 2026 budget planning process.
“Community input is essential in shaping a budget that reflects the needs and priorities of our residents,” said CAO Jeff Renaud. “We want to thank everyone who shared their feedback, and we look forward to continuing the conversation as the process moves ahead.”
