Over the next few days, Municipal District of St. Stephen water customers will receive an Online Utility Account Creation form enclosed with their water bill. This initiative is an important step as we work toward providing a more streamlined and convenient online customer experience for our utility customers.
If you are on municipal water, we kindly ask that you take a few moments to complete the form so we can begin setting up your future online utility account.
You can submit your information in whichever way is most convenient for you:
- Scan the QR code and complete the form online.
- Email the completed form to receivable@chocolatetown.ca.
- Drop it off in person at the Municipal Office located in the Garcelon Civic Center.
- Mail it to 22 Budd Avenue, St. Stephen, NB E3L 1E9.
The information you provide will help us create your online portal account, configure the appropriate access, and prepare for the launch of our new online utility services. Additional details on accessing the portal will be shared once the initial setup is complete.
