Due to the elevated fire risk in the province and in response to the Government of New Brunswick's (GNB) request for residents to avoid wooded areas, the Municipal District of St. Stephen will be temporarily closing Elm Street Park/Dog Park for the duration of the crown land closures issued by GNB.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect our community and natural spaces during this high-risk period.
Updates will be provided as the situation evolves.
Playgrounds and other greenspaces within the Municipal District remain open at this time.
