For Trick-or-Treaters:
• Walk on sidewalks and cross streets at corners
• Make sure costumes are bright or have reflective tape
• Carry a flashlight or glow stick
• Only visit homes with the lights on
• Have an adult check your treats before eating
For Drivers:
• Slow down and stay alert — kids may be excited and hard to see
• Avoid distractions and be extra cautious in residential areas
