St. Stephen has engaged a consulting firm, Transitional Solutions Inc., to facilitate its Strategic Plan with the Council. As part of our ongoing efforts to engage with the community, we are seeking community input for the strategic planning process. Council invites its citizens to attend one of three public engagement workshops on November 19th, 2025 at the Garcelon Civic Center (3rd floor). During the workshop, we will discuss key issues facing our community, explore opportunities for growth and development, and identify priorities for action.
