Dover Hill Park is one of St. Stephen’s most photographed beauty spots. Located on Milltown Boulevard, the park is just a stone’s throw from the border crossing. The views of the St. Croix river been the backdrop for many wedding and graduation pictures—our floral displays and trails are maintained throughout the year and are the envy of many communities. In the summer, take the trail down to the river’s edge, where you can enjoy our urban oasis at the picnic tables and gazebo—and hit the toboggan hill in the winter!
